Michael founded BP Residential Heating and Cooling over 15 years ago, driven by a passion to create a company that not only provides exceptional heating and air conditioning services but also builds lasting relationships with customers. His focus on delivering quality products and top-notch workmanship has been the cornerstone of BP’s success.

Though Michael wears many hats as a business owner, he prefers to be out in the field, connecting with customers. His down-to-earth personality, honesty, and genuine nature make him easy to trust, and his candid, straightforward approach builds confidence in everyone he meets. Outside of work, Michael loves spending time outdoors—whether it's four-wheeling with his buddies or working on his latest home improvement project. He’s also learning to cultivate his own vegetable garden, which has become a new hobby he's eager to master.

Jessica

Administrative Assistant

Jessica has been an integral part of BP Residential Heating and Cooling for over five years, serving as the company’s administrative assistant. She manages the phones, handles the books, and plays a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. Her exceptional organizational skills help Michael stay balanced, allowing the business to function efficiently and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly.

Jessica’s dedication to the company is matched only by her love of gardening and cooking. When she's not at work, she enjoys nurturing her many plants and creating beautiful and functional green spaces around her home. Jessica’s passion for caretaking extends to her family, and she loves spending time with her grandbabies whenever she gets the chance. Her warmth, attention to detail, and personal touch have made her indispensable to the BP team.
